Dee Alexandrou

Nature Connection Facilitator

Our Mission is to build genuine community and belonging with every individual we work with.

Not only is it important for our own health and wellbeing but it positively impacts the health and wellbeing of our communities and the natural world. We care deeply about guiding people to move from the disconnection of the modern world to deep belonging and reciprocity within the web of all things

Dee is an Ecotherapist and nature connection facilitator, dedicated to helping people move from disconnection to a deeper alignment with the natural world and with community. She has been working with plants and herbal medicine since 2017 but her background for 15 years was in support work for SEN children and adults. Since 2022, Dee has been studying Ecotherapy and nature-based facilitation with the Natural Academy, and is currently advancing her skills through their accredited ecopsychology training program.

Drawing from this lived experience, it is her mission to help fellow humans find a pathway out of feeling lost, stuck, or isolated and into a place of restoration and belonging—something so many of us long for in the modern world.
